Saikat Paul

CO-FOUNDER | FORMER ASANA HEAD OF PRODUCT OPERATIONS

Saikat thrives on making things easier, especially process- unbelievable but true. He's worked at startups, multi-national companies like Walmart, and has scaled an advertising startup's R&D teams 10x and navigated a successful acquisition and merger with Adobe. Most recently, Saikat served as the Head of Product Operations at Asana, where he demonstrated the art of creating complex workflows and teaching teams to adopt them effectively. His experience working with cross-functional teams ensures every process is not only efficient but also easy to implement and scale.

Michael Chen

CO-FOUNDER | FORMER ASANA PRODUCT LEAD

Michael is the visionary behind Asana’s workflow builder platform. As a Product Lead, he worked at the intersection of product design, marketing, and customer insights, solving complex challenges for some of Asana’s largest customers. Michael brings his deep product knowledge and an intuitive understanding of customer pain points to craft workflows that transform how teams work.
